The ULISSE pilot course was held at the University of Pisa from 19th to 29th April.
Aim of the course was to train the students on a set of specific soft skills: Creativity; Conflict management; Flexibility; Focus on customers; Willingness to learn; Critical thinking & Problem solving. The whole programme consisted in 4 workshops, three of which were held online due to the persistence of the restrictions related with the pandemic that prevented teachers from coming to Italy.
The final workshop however could be delivered in presence on the last day of the course, thus allowing the students to meet in person.
The project partners contributed as teachers from their own countries and this gave the students the opportunity to benefit from their expertise and skills, and get involved in an international setting.
